    <description>&lt;P&gt;Pro 9500 printer nozzle test prints only bottom half of red, green and cyan colors.&amp;nbsp; Bottom half is normal (no streaking &amp;amp; etc.).&amp;nbsp; Top half is completely blank.&amp;nbsp; Problem started with one color and progressed to three.&amp;nbsp; Since the three colors are in adjoining tanks, on the right end of the tank assembly, is there possibly something something in common to the three?&amp;nbsp; Could it be a control problem?&amp;nbsp; Cleaning (both normal &amp;amp; deep) and replacing tanks have had negative results.&amp;nbsp; Print head alignment will not function.&amp;nbsp; "Unable to do printhead alignment."&lt;/P&gt;</description>
