Pro-100 printing on disc troubles

I occasionally print directly on a dvd or cd. It has been a while since I printed to a disc and recently I upgraded to MacOS Catalina. I downloaded the latest ver. 3.6.4 of My Image Garden and created a new disc label. All is well unitl I printed. It would seem that although I select the paper size as Disc tray K, and I select media type printable disc which selects the disc tray as paper source, the printer driver does not seem to be getting all of this to the pinter. Yes, the printer prints some on the disc and also some on the K tray. I am much more of a user than a computer tech, but it does seem as though the driver is not properly setting the paper size for the K tray. Or perhaps the print heads are not being positioned properly to the left. Then again, it may just be that I am doing something in error. I am running Catalina 10.15.2 and printer driver 16.40.1.0. My printer firmware is current as well.

Since you seem to have the latest software and driver versions give Canon a call at 1-800-OK-CANON.
