      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same issue. I have a Canon Prograf Pro 1000. I registered and authenticated the printer in Acounting Manager, I can see the list of jobs in the window, but I can't add unit costs. The unit cost button is grayed out, and under File/Job Cost, unit cost is also greyed out. I just updated the firmware on the printer yesterday, firmware version is 3.020.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
