      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had the Pro 100 for 2 years and 3 months.&amp;nbsp; It comes on, but the orange light blinks, it gives a "screechy and scratching noise", shakes pretty bad and then stops doing anything. &amp;nbsp; I have tried everything i know to solve the problem.&amp;nbsp; Does anyone have any suggestions please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;To John's question... the printer will blink a certain number of times in a row... then pause briefly... then blink again several times in a row... then pause, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The number of blinks in a row (between pauses) represents an error code and can sometimes be used to diagnose the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;See: &amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART152956" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART152956&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
