Pro-4000 & Pro-6000 Scrim Vinyl Banner Prints Not Drying Properly

Posting to see if anyone else has been having any issues of (15 mil) Scrim Vinyl Banner prints not drying properly from the Pro series? We have updated the media profiles (thru MCT) on both the plotter and driver to no avail. Anything printed on this type of media is still smearable nearly two weeks after printing. Using alternative medias (HW, photo, and plain papers) the plots dry normally. Thank you.
