    <description>&lt;P&gt;You have to have the original DVD that came with your camera installed before you can d/l and re-install it from Canon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know why, that is just the way Canon did it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Loading Canon Printer Pro software</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have downloaded the installation software (zip file), but when I run it (even as administrator) it will start and then freeze.&amp;nbsp; OS is Win8.1. Have even shut down the firewall. Same problem. Anyone experience the same issue&amp;nbsp; - have a suggestion for getting around this. Just purchased a Pixma&amp;nbsp; Pro 100.&amp;nbsp; Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Osprey&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you. I removed all Canon items I could find, then reinstalled and&amp;nbsp; Print Studio Pro loaded and worked, at least for Photoshop.&amp;nbsp; For some reason, did not for Lightroom.&amp;nbsp; Doing some analysis to see if I can determine why.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thx again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Osprey&lt;/P&gt;</description>
