    <description>&lt;P&gt;Your print head is probably dried out. Try several deep cleanings and see if that loosens things up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't work you can search on line for head cleaning recommendations, such as Windex, ammonia and other techniques.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Canon will recommend against it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Some swear by it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Some swear it it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. If several deep cleanings don't work the head is possibly not recoverable though normal means, so you have nothing to loose by trying.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>my printer hasn't been used in ages....</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Pro9500 Markii connected to an Apple Mac with OS Lion as an operating system. I believe i have downloaded the correct drivers needed.&amp;nbsp; The ink cartridges have been stored in a sealed bag. When inserted into the printer, all the lights come on and the ink levels show good.&amp;nbsp; But when I go to print, my pages are BLANK. I'll take any help or suggestions I can get.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
