There is something clearly wrong with my PRO Series 100, but I cannot find the maintenance option in order to perform maintenance? I've watched videos that tell me where the link should be, but it isn't there? Any suggestions?

I've tried every properties link I have and none of them have an option for maintenance. The only diffference I see is that mine says Canon PRO 100 Series WS.

You want to delete the WS version of the printer and then reinstall the printer. You want the Canon Pro-100 series printer showing.

The WS version of the printer is a Microsoft driver, not the Canon driver.
