Hi KREIGHW,

The last driver created for the i9900 supported OS X Snow Leopard v10.6. Soon after that the unit was retired. Unfortunately, this unit is not compatible with the OS X High Sierra v10.13 operating system.

You do qualify for the Canon Upgrade Program.

I just upgraded to Mac Catalina 10.15

Wondering if Canon plans to not support the i9900 printer on Mac Catalina as well? This will be my last Canon product if that is the case.
