    <description>&lt;P&gt;A friend’s widow gave me this print. It sat for about a year after his death. I installed the latest Windows driver, the printer shows up on my computer, I cleaned the print head as per YouTube video and replaced the blinking ink wells. All the panel lights light up as they should. Insert paper and try to print a test print and nothing happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if any out there would be kind enough to help me I sure would appreciate it!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ken&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you know if the printer worked before you received it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can try to print a nozzle check directly from the printer; that would remove the computer and printer installation from the equation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART133169" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART133169&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
