Pro 1000 Paper Sizes

I need to print onto a 5x7" sheet from Photoshop. There is no option on the printer itself to select such a size. How do I fix this?

The specs on the web site say 5x7 is compatible. Maybe the media type (I.e. if you are selecting a fine art paper) isn’t compatible because of the imposed border)

This is just a guess since I don’t have that printer.
