    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I'm helping a friend with his Pro-100.&amp;nbsp; He machine is running Windows 10.&amp;nbsp; The problem is when he print and want to see the print preview, he can't.&amp;nbsp; The button to print preview is greyed out.&amp;nbsp; I notice that the dialog box say that the print preview is only available when .net framework 4.0&amp;nbsp; installed.&amp;nbsp; windows 10 comes with it installed.&amp;nbsp; his other win 10 machines do not have this problem.&amp;nbsp; any idea what it could be?&amp;nbsp; TIA&lt;/P&gt;</description>
