If you run into any issues though, please contact Canon. They can replace the printer since it is under warranty if they can't resolve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Please contact our support group at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666),&amp;nbsp;Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST(excluding holidays).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did this answer your question?       <title>issues with brand new Pro 100</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just received my Pro 100 from B&amp;amp;H and already issues. Flashing orange light. Flashes four times so the guide says there's an issue with the ink cartrdiges. No ink cartridges installed but I still have the error message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Decide to go ahead and install the print head and cartridges. None of them light up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unplug the printer and wait 30 min.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not connected to my Mac yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Doesn't appear the head is moving left to right during set up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Check that all tapes are removed. Then, if its brand new arrange for exchange with B&amp;amp;H.</description>
