    <description>&lt;P&gt;Where/how can I get a service tech to fix my iPF8000s wide format printer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bought it new in 2008.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Located in Danville, Kentucky&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We had a print head go out and used the Canon phone/call in tech support which was great on diagnostic and helping install the print head.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After installation it would not quit pumping ink for the startup. It had already filled a new waste cartridge before changing the print head.&amp;nbsp; After a while the phone tech support told us we needed a service tech.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have called 4 different places since Friday.&amp;nbsp; This included the company we bought it from.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Two of them took my info and said a service person would call and set up a visit to fix it.&amp;nbsp; I have not received their call yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are a decent size print shop- in business since 1988-have good credit-never ripped anybody off .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have used nothing but genuine Canon parts, ink, banner material, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why do we not get called back?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Where can I get service?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks, Greg&lt;/P&gt;</description>
