    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, rosemariereed3,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only two places to check for paper jams would be on the inside where the ink tanks are and where the paper initially feeds in.&amp;nbsp; If you can't get the paper out or if its giving a paper jam error withotu an actual paper jam present, I woudl recommend contacting our support staff using the &lt;A target="_self" href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer"&gt;contact us&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;link&lt;/P&gt;</description>
