Ink cartridge is full, but I keep getting a message that it is near empty. (10%) I've tried turning off the printer and on again, lifting the ink cartridge out and putting it in again.

Hello.

Make sure that you are using genuine Canon ink tanks. If you are using third-party or refilled ink tanks, the levels may not be detected properly.

This didn't answer your question or issue?

When it says it is low, that just means it is giving you time to order a new cartridge. I have found I can do about 3 more 13x19 prints, and then it gives me the message that it is now Out Of Ink. I have a PIXMA Pro10.
