    <description>&lt;PRE&gt;What the Mod is saying is that you need to work with the specialists. This board is not a technical support page. It's users helping users primarily. &lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, I can clearly see what the Mod is saying, thank you. What I am saying is that this may be a common issue, and it would seem ideal if solutions we're posted openly to Canon customers instead of being directed to a specialist who will just likely request an expensive visit to a technical center.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Perhaps a better question: Is there a technical support group for Canon products?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Pixma Pro-100 B200 Error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the last few days my Canon has had intermittent issues. Some times it works fine, others it won't fire up and flashes the &lt;EM&gt;B200&lt;/EM&gt; sequence.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I open the lid the head does not move either, which I beleive is the source of the problem, because I can reach my hand in there and jiggle the head to make it function properly, &lt;EM&gt;sometimes&lt;/EM&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My question&lt;/STRONG&gt;: How can I manually get the head to move when it's stuck in this mode without disassmebly?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
