Vertical compression + Banding?

Hello. I'm using a Canon Pro 100. Just today something very strange started happening with prints I'd made. Resized to final size in Photoshop, then opened up Canon Print Studio.. set the paper size, set my parameters and printed....

This was supposed to be a 1:1 ratio print. As you can see, the top part has been compressed, and there's this strange banding issue at the bottom. This happened with another photo as well, but not to such a large extent. Have a look at the area below the feet, but it might not be too clear.

Now both these images were printed on different size paper. It's very frustrating, especially since I live far from paper sources, so the little paper I have I treat like gold.

Have any of you experienced this? If so, what was the cause, and fix?
