Which print head (QY6-0065 vs QY6-0077) for 9500 mark 2?

My printhead stopped printing red. I found a QY6-0065 on ebay, which they claim they testing on a Canon 9500 mark ii, but it doesn't work on mine.

I can't find any info about which print head to use with my printer! Also, the print heads have no distinguishing marks, no serial numbers, no codes.

Help!

So, final question: why are there so many QY6-0065 printheads for sale for the Canon 9500 mark ii? What's going on here?
