Has anyone been successful in printing to a Pixma PRO-100 from DxO Optics Pro V 8 or 9? DxO has a print 'module' in V8 & 9 to facilitate printing but I still cannot print a 4x6" image on the PRO-100. The DxO Print screen has a very limited set of page sizes that does not include 4x6" but does have a 'Compact (4.25 x 6.75")' size. The printed image is shrunk proportionally to produce a reduced printed image on the 4 x 6" paper. DxO suggested setting the paper size in the printer driver, which I tried, but the Print screen paper size overrides the printer driver and produces the smaller image. The PRO-100 works properly with every other application I have!

Any help would be appreciated.
