      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is a new printer, after I complete the setup, the print quality is very bad. I did the printer head alignment as part of the setup. Does anyone know what could be wrong? I attached the picture that it printed out in 13x19.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Lets start with the basics:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. what operating system and software are you printing from.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. have you installed the latest driver?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. check that you placed the paper in the printer correctly - print side faces you when you load the paper.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. can you psot a screen shot of your printer settings in your software?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry for the wrong thread, actually that was my mistake.I figred out that I printed on the wrong side of the printing paper. It prints perfectly fine.now.
