      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I have been using my printer for years. All of a sudden the BK colors are printing lines. I've done multiple cleaning and deep cleanings, with no change. I also changed out the BK cartlidge. Is there another step?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Okay, thanks for the information. The only color that's malfunctioning is the BK. So I'm wondering why the other colors are working properly?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will google about getting the head replaced.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
