I have just purchased a Proxima Pro-10 and cannot get it to print the A3 size paper. It tells me the printer cover is open and then the orange light flashes three times. I have no problems at all printing the 8x10s. Am I doing something wrong in my page setup through Photoshop?

A3 paper may be required to print from the manual feed tray rather than the rear tray. What media type are you selecting?
