Hi, brand new member and really need some advice please! I think I need to clean my print head, I am getting some banding particularly on blue colours. I have taken the print head out and had a look and I am not sure if it is possible to clean it at home? I have seen videos of people cleaning other canon print heads where the water flows out of the bottom but cant find anything about how to clean the print head of this model... it seems to be sealed up so I cant see how water could flow through it can anyone advise please?! I have tried multiple cleans, deep cleans and print head alignment and still getting this issue. Any advice would be great, thanks you! 🙂

If you have performed Canon deep clean process without success then you likely need a new print head. Thus, you have nothing to lose by trying techniques you can find by Googling "cleaning canon pro-100 print head".
