Hi Screwdriver,

PLee poses a great question, what profile(s) are you trying to install? Also, are you working with Mac or Windows?

If this is a time sensitive-matter, additional support options are available at Contact Us.

I am trying ti use a 3rd party ICC profile within Print Studio Pro to print on my Pro-100. 3rd party profiles show in all other programs like Lightroom, PSP etc, but Print Studio Pro only shows Canon paper profiles. Am I missing something?

I think it has to do with version 2 vs version 4 ICC profiles. Some third party are V4; they won't show up.
