PRO100s - only 3 options for Media Types? Help!

Hi,

I've recently purchased a canon pro 100s, i've tried printing on 300gsm matt card today but the ink bleeds.

Spent most of today messaging back and forth with Canon but they are not really sure on how to fix the issue

I only have three options (photo, plain paper and envelope) in the media options - im told i should have more??

I've printed on paper and gloss 220gsm paper which has been fine but i need to print on card, the reason i bought this specific model.

I am on a Mac

Can anyone help??

Sounds like you only have the Bonjour version of the printer driver installed.

Download ad and install the IJ Printer driver.

When you add the printer waitba while for the IJ series printer to appear.
