Hey ! When I select the picture I want to print it appears in b&w and I want it in color. what I have to do to change this status?

Which software program are you using to print the picture with? Also, which version of Windows or Mac is in use?

the one it came with the printer. I don't have this issue with other programs. Don't know what windows version...
