Just purchased MacBook Pro running macOS Sierra. Using Lightroom 6 and Photoshop Elements 14. Downloaded latest Canon driver shows as CUPS 2.2.0 on system.

I can print from Apple Letters without problem. When I try to print photos I am getting blank pages. Was able to print on 8x11 paper, but when i try to change paper sizes i get blanks.

When i used the Pixma Pro-100 with Windows 10 I noticed if the "Preview" on the print screen remained blank the same thing occurred.

The print set up options are greatly diminished on macOS vs. Windows.

Any ideas before i call the Canon tech support line.

Thanks for the reply JR. I called Canon Tech Support and that is exactly what i did. I first had to delete the installed Pixma Pro and add it again. The CUPS driver i had was no the correct one. I can now print from either the Canon Print Studio or the regular Canon driver.
