You can use Print Studio pro - free software from Canon. You can download the software from the Canon support site. You will need to call Canon for a workaround to install in W10.

1-800-OK-CANON

The exact method is going to depend on your software application, but basically you would be working with your cell size and your margins.

What software are you using?

Thank you so much for your response.

Using Photoshop CS 2015.5, Windows 10 and the Canon printer driver that came with the printer. No where in the printer settings dialog window – QIICK SETUP – MAIN – PAGE SETUP – EFFECTS – MAINTENANCE tabs is there a way to specify position on the paper to be printed on. There is a margin specification in the PAGE SETUP tab, but it only controls the left margin, not others.
