    <description>&lt;P&gt;While attempting to install my new Canon PIXMA Pro-100 photo printer I get the following error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Support Code: B200, An error has occured.&amp;nbsp; The printer needs repair. Turn the printer off and unplug the power cord of the printer from the power supply.&amp;nbsp; Then see the users guide and contact the service center.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try removing power supply from printer and let it sit for a few hours. Verify that you have installed head correctly and that all tape and packing material have been removed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This sometimes works when the error is caused by something left in printer. If this doesn't work give Canon a call at 1-800-OK-CANON.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
