My Pixma Pro 100 is now printing only a partial bit of a photo, no matter what size paper it shows I'm using. I'm trying to print 11x14, but it prints a small portion of the photo consistently. I tried printing using the Canon Pro Photo printer, the Lightroom basic printer, and ON1 printing...all of them printed the same little bit of my photo.

Thank you...no, that is what I first thought, but many, many prints with other programs and printer showed me it was not that. I think I finally found that there is another driver that I hadn't seen...IJ something...seems to print ok now, but not as well with Canon Pro Photo as it did...so I'm using Lightroom and its printer module OK. Shall keep trying to get back to where it was about a year ago.

OK. If you are on a Mac you don't want the Bonjour printer. Delete that and add the IJ printer driver. It might take a few minutes to find it.

Also, be sure you have installed the latest Canon driver from the Canon site.
