It would seem that problems exist, exclusively with this type of paper. It might not meet specifications.

I use the Pixma Pro 100 and am trying to print a black and white photo using Ilford Gold Fibre Mono paper 310gsm. I have tried printing on both trays (to no avail) and the printer appears to 'lose the grip' of the paper on the last inch of printing, where the paper then does a clear slide to the side and continues to print but makiing an unusual image that is mostly good but shifted on the bottom.

Is there any hope. I have used 310 thickness paper (i.e. MOAB Lasal Exhibition) with no problems.

I have used that paper successfully in my Pro-100. Are you using the settings recommended by Ilford?

Maybe be you need a roller cleaning?
