You got Easy Photo Print EX with your printer. Use it and just follow the steps. I have used it hundreds of times. Put the DVD holder in and match up the arrows. Send your project from EPP.

I have been attempting to get the printable DVD function to work via Canon My Image Garden and have not been successful. I have followed the instructions online but am not receiving the expected prompt which informs me to load the disc tray into the printer.

Once I click 'Print' in My Image Garden I receive the following message "The printer CANON PRO-100 needs your attention".

The disc tray is not in the printer, as the instructions state to begin printing without it in.

I am confused and have not been able to find anything about this.

Help?
