I kept getting the message "printer is being used by another computer" the way I solved this was...first let me explain how I believe it started. I had refreshed my laptop and therefore needed to reinstall the printer. Instead of using the disc that came with the printer I went online and used their software. Well when it installed the printer had a WS at the end of its name. That's when I believe the error message started. So I removed the printer with the WS after its name and reinstalled using the original disc that came with it (Pro-100) and that resolved the problem. Also the name no longer has the WS after it.
