      <title>I have a new PIXMA PRO 100</title>

      <description>I'm getting errors loading the cartridges. I've reloaded them a dozen times and still the same two cartridges go into trouble. is there a trick to this I'm missing?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What is the error? Are the new or are they refills? &amp;nbsp;There is a chip inside and if it isn't re-set it won't work properly. &amp;nbsp;I strongly recommend using only new Canon brand cartridges. &amp;nbsp;Refilling can be tricky and messy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
