ipf6400 cleaning itself after every print

I have a Canon ipf6400 that keeps cleaning and checking nozzle after every single print. Anyone know if there is some setting that needs adjusting?

My problem started with an error code 03130031-2618, so I changed the print head. Before changing the print head I messed around with the settings to clean the old print head. I am not sure if the problem I have is a post problem to the error message or I changed some other setting by mistake before changing the head.
