topic prograf 1000 support code 1100 and 1300 in Professional Photo Printers

<P>My Canon Image Prograf 1000 keeps telling me that either there is no paper in the top feed slot or there is a paper jam. I am printing on Red River Premium Matte 5.5x8.5 greeting card stock, 60#, 11 mil. The printer will pull one card part of the way down and then stop and tell me there is a paper jam. I cannot find a paper jam anywhere. Sometimes it will tell me there is no paper in the top feed slot,&nbsp; and there is paper loaded in the top feed slot. I have performed both types of roller cleaning several times and it will print 2 or 3 cards and then it stops. The paper is not curled. I am currently printing a 360 card order and really need help!&nbsp; Thanks!</P>
