Hi! I’m an artist and I’ve been using the Canon Pixma Pro-200S for my prints since January. Last week, I changed several ink cartridges, including most recently yellow, and now everything I print has a warm/reddish hue. I have tried toggling the color correct settings, though I’ll admit I’m not super well versed and have avoided changing too many settings because I don’t want to make it worse. I print using my iPhone, as all of my prints are drawn in Procreate and saved to my camera roll.

One thing to note that may or may not be relevant; the yellow cartridge that I ordered arrived while I was out of town so it did sit on my porch in Texas for a day, so it may have gotten hot. Regardless, I would love any insight about why this may be happening and how to fix it.

Thanks in advance!

First, I'd print a nozzle check to confirm each of the colors is firing as expected. Because this began after replacing cartridges, it's worth seating and re-seating the new yellow cartridge (or try a new one if the new yellow cartridge may have been damaged by the heat).

The new ones are Canon brand but some of the older ones are third party

The nozzle check and print head alignment printed all the colors normally

These issues are sometimes hard to diagnose remotely.

Did you have all third party ink when the images were printing as you like?

Yes, they were all third party ink when it printed the colors correctly

Maybe the mixed inks are causing a color shift.
