Hi folks!

I have a Pixma Pro 200, running on Windows 11 and Photoshop CS6.
I'm trying to print a 5x7 photo on 5x7 photo paper.
I resized the image in PS to 5x7. I changed all the print settings everywhere (including the printer via the front panel) to match and checked borderless printing. The image seemed to be zoomed in by 1/4" on the sides and 1/8" on top and bottom. I then read that the image gets enlarged when using borderless printing.
I changed to a border printing and the same enlarged image was now printing with a border.

So, I printed the 5x7 image on an 8.5x11 paper and the entire (true) size printed.

I tried a 5x7 with the setting 'fit to page' with border and, again, the image was enlarged (zoomed) in.

Can anyone give me an idea of what is going on? The printer was used, so I did a reset - to no avail.

Why am I losing so much of the image?

thanks!!

bee
