    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;Problemo&lt;/U&gt;:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am replacing the maintenance cartridge (MC-20) on the ImageProGraph Pro-1100.&amp;nbsp; I get an error 1772, indicating that I need to install the correct maintenance cartridge.&amp;nbsp; THAT MAKES NO SENSE!!!&amp;nbsp; I am putting in the correct maintenance cartridge for this printer.&amp;nbsp; The printer manual even states to use the MC-20.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I figured maybe I need to reinstall the cartridge.&amp;nbsp; I reinstalled the maintenance cartridge 4 times.&amp;nbsp; I still get the same error.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;Resolution&lt;/U&gt;:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I turned off the printer and waited about 2 minutes.&amp;nbsp; I turned on the printer and low and behold, the ImageProGraf Pro-1100 woke up from it's coffee break and correctly registered the cartridge.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I figured I would share this experience, in the event others may encounter this issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
