Greetings ,

Have you tried using the Windows 10 drivers? In many cases, these often work with Windows 11.

We have the above the above named printer and are unsuccessfully trying to use it with Windows 11. Is there anything we can do to get it going?

What type of CPU does the computer have? If it is an ARM/Snapdragon processor you will not be able to install the driver for AMD/Intel processor computers. There are TWO Windows 11s....for Intel/AMD, and for ARM. Not interchangeable driver-wise. Canon does not support ARM well, except to say you can let Windows ARM install its generic driver, which will not give all the functionality of a Canon for Intel/AMD driver.
