&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Cause&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="p2"&gt;Printer error has occurred.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;What to Do&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="p2"&gt;Turn the printer off and turn it back on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="p2"&gt;If this does not solve the problem, contact your nearest Canon service center to request a repair.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just opened my new Pro-1100 , installed the ink and then the print driver. &amp;nbsp;Receiving error 140E. &amp;nbsp;Tried unplugging and restarting a few times and still receiving this error. &amp;nbsp;Again. This is brand new out of box! &amp;nbsp;Anyone else have this happen and have a fix ? Canon is closed until Monday so I can’t get support.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What computer are you using? Please mention the operating system as well (e.g. macOS 26, Windows 11, etc.)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, are you connecting wirelessly or with a cable?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can’t get that far. &amp;nbsp;I installed the ink. &amp;nbsp;Then the print head and received this error. I can’t get any further. &amp;nbsp;The error is on the screen, nothing happens when I hit home or back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;One other question: Did you purchase from Canon or an authorized Canon reseller? If support doesn't pan out, perhaps look at exchanging it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
