      <title>PIXMA Pro9000 abruptly stopped: is it definitively dead?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got this going on a windows 11 machine with old drivers but then, when trying to install it on a different windows 11 machine and after updating the driver via AVG driver updater, and having pressed go on the first print job, it cranked briefly into action and then all the lights went out and it now seems dead.&amp;nbsp; And yes I have checked that it is not the fuse in the plug or the power to the plug socket.&amp;nbsp; I have lots of ink and this still prints well - or did.&amp;nbsp; Is there anything to be done?&amp;nbsp; I can't imagine that uninstalling the driver update will achieve anything but should I try that?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
