    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good evening, I have been using my pro -100 printer on my computer with no problems at all. My computer is now out dated and have a new laptop, &amp;nbsp;I can load drivers, but when I connect through usb or Wireless it says to do it says can not detect printer. Followed everything but my laptop can't find, &amp;nbsp;it am going to order a new printer cable in the hope that's the problem I have windows 11 on my laptop really need this sorting as I do wedding invitations my old computer can not update on windows as not compatible hence new laptop&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;To install a Pro-100 in Windows 11, I suggest you remove all instances of the printer first from you laptop, then run setup again,&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; do not&lt;/STRONG&gt; plug in the printer using a USB cable until prompted to do so.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
