    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I &amp;nbsp;have used the pro-300 for several years now and just purchased the pro-310 last week. I usually print on 13x19" and other custom sizes and didn't have any issues until just now when my print-out started to print off-center and dark lines on either side (photos attached). I'm not sure what the issue is and would love any advice that anyone can provide.
