      <title>imagePROGRAF PRO-300 USB not working after refilling ink cartridges, Wi-Fi OK</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I’m using a Canon 300 pro printer and I was trying to get the most out my ink before refilling the cartridge but when my grey ink was low the printer stopped in the middle of the print.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I replaced the ink and thought I would just be able to continue printing but now professional print &amp;amp; layout won’t recognize any of the usb cords I use. It will recognize the printer over WiFi, my Mac recognizes the printer in system settings, and thankfully I can still print from Photoshop but the Canon print &amp;amp; layout program won’t recognize the printer over usb.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I’ve tried different cords, I’ve unplugged the computer from both my computer and the outlet, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the software, but nothing has seemed to help. It’s pretty frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Anyone have any ideas how to get the software to recognize the usb again?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's the problem. It used to show up and work fine but since the printer stopped mid-print when I ran out of ink it will only show wi-fi connected printers, not the USB connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
