    <description>&lt;P&gt;After receiving the above response to my query, I looked at the printer again and can report that it simply does not look right. &amp;nbsp;I'm attaching a photo showing the internal of the printer with an odd appearing thick grey belt and the information block (external)&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="brian's imagepro-300" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/72247i7474C4D357268987/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Pro-300.jpg" alt="brian's imagepro-300" /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-caption" onclick="event.preventDefault();"&gt;brian's imagepro-300&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please review and let me know what you think is the solution. &amp;nbsp;If it needs to go to a dealer for repair, can &amp;nbsp;you please direct me to a Canon service support center in Israel (preferably in the Tel Aviv area).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Brian Ampolsk&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>imagePROGRAF PRO-300 has error 5100 and cannot clear</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OS: &amp;nbsp;MacOS Sequoia 15.7.2&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Printer ProGRAF Pro-300&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I recently moved to Israel and transported my Pro-300. &amp;nbsp;Since arriving, I consistently get error 5100. &amp;nbsp;The recommended clearing steps do not work. &amp;nbsp;I do not see any obstruction in the device. &amp;nbsp;However, when &amp;nbsp;the printer is turned on, the ink carriage does not move to the center as it did before I moved. &amp;nbsp;The power light is flashing.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Recommendation for path forward? &amp;nbsp;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The 5100 error can be caused by a paper jam or foreign object inside of your printer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To check for this, please follow all of the steps provided on this page from the manual:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/ErrorCode/PRO-300%20series/EN/ERR/err_contents0200.html?ref=err_contents0200" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;PRO-300 series &amp;gt; List of Support Code for Error &amp;gt; Paper Jams&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This error can also be caused by a smudge on the encoder.&amp;nbsp; Please follow the steps provided in this article to clean the encoder inside of your PRO-300:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
