topic PRO-100 PRINTED COLORS ARE DULL OR DARK in Professional Photo Printers

I have a Pro-100 photo printer that I have owned for many years. I have a Windows 11 Pro operating system. I have printed my own excellent-quality photos during that time using just the default setting. Now I am getting results that are dark and dull, the colors are all wrong, and I don't know what has changed. I have even done a reset to restore the original settings, with no improvement. I am at a loss and it is very frustrating. I primarily print photos taken with my iPhone SE. The different posts I read on the Canon support page seem to involve a lot more advanced knowledge of photography, formats, etc. than I have or need.

PS: I have run all of the troubleshooting tests, all ink cartridges are full or nearly full.

When you say you ran all tests does that mean a nozzle check?
