    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did speak to Canon but even they could not resolve the problem so now it has gone back to them to sort.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the only problem I have is that for this to happen in just 6 weeks I have now lost confidence in it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had my Pro 10S 8 years and no problems but then people will say that problems can arise whether new or not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased this printer in August but have only just started using it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I print from Lightroom classic usually but when the settings are done and ready to print this error message&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;keeps coming up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;can anyone help please&lt;/P&gt;</description>
