I received a Pro 300 today in the mail, used from eBay, and when I turned it on, I got Error Code 5100. I was supposed to check if there are any foreign objects in the printer, and I found two white plastic parts. I think they may have come loose during shipping. Does anyone know what those are?

If it came broken, you can put in a return on eBay, even if the listing said "No Refunds". Get rid of this dog.

Were you able to sort this out on your printer? Mine is also the same and I see it happens frequently. I also have those two pieces that came out but they are broken do you still have the broken pieces laying around or are you willing to sell them to me?

Do you mind sharing who/where you were able to have your printer fixed? Also the cost of repair so I know if it’s worth it. Have been suffering with the same issue and Canon could not help me.

Thanks!
